3. Catch some impressive concepts
While the IAA had a few exciting premieres, it was particularly rich in concept cars.
Obviously, the German premium brands brought a few eye candy, but even the mainstream brands used this old trick.
Some of the concepts are facing the prospect of realisation, such as VW’s budget electric concept ID.Life. This concept promises to bring electric drivetrain to new market segments.
At the same time, we still recall that the impressive 2019 line-up of electric VW concepts never materialised.
