Renault’s Nervasport record car is a retro-futuristic masterpiece
This car is Renault’s pride and joy, showcased at several exhibitions, like Rétromobile 2016 and the 2018 Paris Car Show. This car’s original broke several endurance records in all categories in 1934, with a top speed of 200 km/h, boosting the road-legal Nervasport model’s reputation.
The Renault Nervasport was originally a straight-eight-engined sporting luxury model at the top of Renault’s palette. The model was unveiled in March 1932 and produced until 1935, when it was replaced by the more streamlined Nerva Grand Sport.
